Blake is Preparing for Dine and Dance with the Stars and He Needs Your Help!
What has Blake gotten himself into now?! Dancing for a great cause, that’s what! On Saturday, June 11, 2022, Blake will compete on Dine and Dance with the Stars, a local competition based on the hit tv show Dancing with the Stars. Each local contestant competes to raise money for the charities the Brian Anselmo Memorial Foundation (BMA) supports. Blake’s charity for this event is the local Kansas City chapter of the Dream Factory.
Blake has been partnered with Laura Szymanski and is already hard at work learning the dance routines for the event but he needs your help too. The contestant who gets the most votes ($20/vote) will become the grand champion and take home the coveted mirror ball.

The Dream Factory
Blake’s charity he is raising money for in this competition is the Dream Factory. Since 1985, the Dream Factory of Greater Kansas City has remained dedicated to making dreams come true for critically or chronically ill children. As a 100 percent volunteer organization, granting dreams is their mission. In addition, more than 85 percent of the funds raised or donated to the Greater Kansas City chapter of the Dream Factory remain in the metro area, granting the dreams of deserving children in our community.
In more than three decades, the charity’s devoted volunteers and generous business supporters have granted thousands of wishes. And Blake wants to help grant more of those wishes through his appearance on Dine and Dance with the Stars.
Each dream costs $5,000, but any amount of money helps this great cause. Every child’s dream is different, from ocean cruises to Disney character meetings, but every child deserves to have that dream granted. For children and their families who live each day not knowing what the future may bring, a dream granted brings a little ray of light, a little bit of hope and a lifetime of memories.
